Legal basis for the activitie of the Contact Point

The basic provisions governing the matters related to functioning of Product Contact Point for Construction in Poland include:

• provisions of Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC (OJ L 88, 4.4.2011, p. 5, as amended)
• provisions of Article 14(1) (7) of Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1213)
